We are located at house number 3-27 in Nandigama, right here in the Nallabelly area. The shop is quite small, but we manage to fit a couple of sewing machines and a large wooden table for our work. Every day starts with cleaning the dust off the machines and oiling the parts so they run smoothly. There are always piles of different fabrics like cotton and polyester sitting on the shelves waiting for their turn. We spend a lot of time looking through our boxes of buttons and zippers to find the right match for a customer's shirt. The light in the shop isn't very bright, so we usually sit near the door where the sun helps us see the fine stitches. People stop by to drop off their repairs or to get measured for new clothes. We have been in this spot in Warangal for a while, so most people know where to find us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit or use the manual pedals on the machines to keep going. It is a very normal routine of measuring, cutting, and stitching until the clothes look right. We don't use any high-tech equipment, just the same tools we have used for years. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a few hangers holding finished items. It is just a place where we do our daily tailoring work for the local folks.
