Sri Venkateshwara Earth Movers

If you’re looking for us, we are over at House Number 4-100 in Rajawaram, which is in the Station Ghanpur area. Sri Venkateshwara Earth Movers is the name we use, but most people just call us and ask for help with their land. We keep our machinery parked nearby and we’re ready to go whenever a call comes in. It might be a bigger road project or just a small job like clearing some old trees. Station Ghanpur is where we grew up, so we know every corner of this place. The work is tough on the body and it’s very noisy because of the engines. We spend a lot of our time greasing the machines and making sure the oil is topped up. You can’t really stay clean in this line of work. We’re usually covered in dust and grease by mid-morning. We don’t have a big office with a desk or air conditioning. We usually just talk to people out by the machines or at the house. We like being independent even if the hours are long and the work is tiring. Sometimes we have to work through the weekend to get a project finished, but that’s just part of it. We don’t do a lot of fancy talking; we just get the work done. People know they can count on us to show up and do what we said we’d do. We take care of our machines and they take care of us.
