Sri Rama Handloom

This place is H.No. 11-25-452, right in the Kothawada area. If you come by, you’ll probably hear the noise before you see the door. Sri Rama Handloom has been here for a good bit of time. It’s not a quiet office. There is always something moving, some thread being pulled, or someone talking over the sound of the equipment. Kothawada is a busy neighborhood, and we fit right in with the rest of the shops. We don't spend money on fancy signs or those bright lights you see in the city center. Our space is filled with materials and half-finished projects. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped, especially when a new shipment of yarn arrives and we have nowhere to put it. We just stack it up and work around it. The floors are concrete and they get dusty fast. That’s just how it is when you’re working with fabric all day. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know how the machines behave. Sometimes they act up, and we spend half the morning fixing a belt or a lever. It’s practical work. No one wears a suit here. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to it. If you need to find us, just look for H.No. 11-25-452. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside, but we are always busy inside the Kothawada shop.
