Over at Singan Projects Limited, we do things a bit differently. Our office is actually at H.No 18-7-27 in Karimabad, which is in the Warangal area. It's the home of Radhika Guduru, daughter of Prabhakar. Using a house as an office makes the workday feel a lot more relaxed than being in some tall building downtown. We handle all the project management and planning right from here in the 506002 area. Sometimes the living room is full of maps and documents. It’s a local business through and through. We don't use any fancy language or have big meetings with suits. It’s mostly just us sitting down and talking about what needs to get done for the day. Being in Karimabad means we are close to the people we work with. We’ve been at this for a while now, and the routine is pretty set. We check the mail, look at the project timelines, and make our calls. It might seem a bit small to some, but it works for what we do. We like the fact that our neighbors know who we are. There is no corporate ladder here, just a group of people trying to keep the projects moving forward. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and don't worry about much else. It is a simple, practical way to run Singan Projects Limited without any unnecessary fuss.
