Shiva Rani Siddula

Shiva Rani Siddula here. I run my daily operations out of the Warangal H O area, which is in the 506002 zip code. It’s a very busy spot, especially during the middle of the week when everyone is out. I’ve been working here for several years now and I’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit during that time. My office is a little bit tucked away from the main road, but people usually find it without much trouble. I don't do much in the way of advertising or marketing. I honestly think if you're fair with people and you do what you say you'll do, the news travels on its own. My day is usually filled with meetings and a lot of tedious paperwork. I try my best to keep things organized, but with so many different things going on at once, it’s always a challenge. I don’t have a big corporate background or any fancy degrees. I just learned everything as I went along over the years. Warangal is my home, and I feel a real connection to the people who live here. We keep things very informal in the office. There is no need for suits or formal language. It’s just about getting the daily tasks finished so everyone can move on with their lives. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is incredibly slow, and we just have to wait it out. That’s just life here in 506002. I enjoy the routine.
