Shanta Online is based out of Rangasaipet in Warangal, with the pin code 506005. We aren't a big travel agency with fancy posters. We are a small local shop that handles a variety of online tasks and travel bookings. People in Rangasaipet know us as the place to go when they need something done on the computer or need a ticket booked quickly. It is just a simple setup with a few computers and us helping out whoever walks through the door. We don't have a mission statement or a polished brand. We just help people with their digital needs and travel plans because that is what is needed around here. Some days are spent mostly on the internet, while other days are all about travel schedules. It can be a bit unpredictable, but that’s the nature of the work. We've been in this part of Warangal for some time now and we like being part of the community. We don't do much advertising; our customers usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. It’s a very basic and honest way to run a business. We try to be helpful and get the work done without making a big fuss about it. If the power goes out, we just wait for it to come back and pick up where we left off.
