Our shop is over in Sai Arcade, which is right in the Balasamudram area of Hanamkonda. If you know where Ekhashila Park is, we are basically right there. It’s a nice spot because families go to the park and then they see our sign at Shop No 1-8-524. We deal with all sorts of travel plans, mostly for people looking to get out for a weekend or needing a vehicle for a wedding. We’ve got a few different types of cars depending on what people are looking for. It’s not a corporate office, just a regular travel shop where you can sit down and figure out where you’re going. Sometimes the traffic outside near the park gets a bit loud, but we’re used to it. We’ve lived in Hanamkonda for a long time, so we know the roads around Warangal like the back of our hands. If someone asks for a shortcut to the highway, we can usually tell them. We don’t really do much fancy talk here. We just check the dates, see which driver is free, and get things moving. It’s a lot of coordination, and sometimes things get hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away at once. But we just take it one day at a time here at Shanmukha Tours And Travels. We keep a logbook on the desk and handle everything manually because it just works better for us that way.
