Shailaja Farming

Shailaja runs the operations here at H. No:-4-69/1. We are based in Dasaripalli, which is a small spot near Narsampet in Warangal. The farm is not a huge corporate place, just some land and a house. Most of the time, the air smells like turned earth and whatever is growing that month. Shailaja is out there every day making sure the rows are straight and the plants have enough water. It is a tough job because the sun doesn't show any mercy in the middle of the day. We have lived at this address for many years. The neighbors are mostly doing the same thing as us, so we all understand the struggles. Sometimes the crops don't do what you want, and you just have to try again next time. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. If you want to find us, you just look for the house number in the village. The kitchen table is where the planning happens. It gets muddy when it rains, and the boots never stay clean for long. We just take it one day at a time and hope the harvest is enough to keep us going. It is a practical life. There is no extra polish on anything we do here. Just Shailaja and the land working together.
