Satyam Pre School

Satyam Pre School is tucked away in K L N Reddy Colony, over in the Subedari area of Warangal. It is a small setup, mostly because we are dealing with very young children. In the mornings, the street gets a bit blocked with parents dropping off their toddlers on scooters or in cars. You can hear the kids singing rhymes or sometimes crying because they don’t want their parents to leave just yet. The rooms are filled with colorful drawings on the walls and lots of plastic toys scattered around. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the kids and making sure they don’t trip over each other. The floor is covered in mats so it’s a bit softer for them to play on. It is a very local vibe here in Warangal; everyone in the colony knows where the school is. We don’t have a huge playground, just a small outdoor space where they can run a bit before it gets too hot. The staff is mostly local women who have been with us for a while. They know how to handle a fussy eater or a child who needs a nap. It is not a corporate school with uniforms for every little thing; it feels more like a home. The gate is always kept locked for safety, and there’s usually a pile of tiny shoes left at the entrance. It’s a simple, noisy, and happy place for the little ones.
