Living in Mettupally, you get used to the pace of things around here in Mogullapally. Our place is at H. No. 1-32, which most locals can find pretty easily if they are looking for a ride. We started this travel thing because people always need to get from one village to the next or maybe into the bigger town for work or family visits. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s just our home base where the keys are kept and the logs are signed. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to sit outside and have a tea. We’ve seen the roads change over the years, some getting better and some staying pretty rough. Our drivers are local guys who know every pothole between here and the main highway. Dealing with vehicles means a lot of grease and worrying about tires, but that’s just part of the job. We keep the cars as clean as we can, though the dust around Mettupally makes that a daily struggle. People trust us because they know where we live. If there’s a problem, they just walk over to the house and we talk it out. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us and the people around here who need to get somewhere on time without any fuss or complication.
