S S Industries is spread out across several survey numbers—221/a, 222, and several others—here in the Kazipet and Hanamkonda area of Warangal. Because we have multiple plots, things can get a bit confusing if you aren’t used to the layout. We spend a lot of time walking between the different sections to check on progress. It’s a lot of ground to cover, but it gives us the room we need for the different stages of our process. Kazipet is a busy hub, and being in Jagir means we are right in the thick of it. The noise from the trains and the local traffic is just part of the background for us now. We’ve got a good number of workers here, and everyone has their specific spot where they feel most comfortable. We keep the equipment running as much as possible during the daylight hours. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. Sometimes we have issues with the power or the weather, but we just work around it like everyone else does. We don’t go in for big meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, the owner is right there on the floor with everyone else, making sure things are being handled correctly. It’s a practical environment where the focus is strictly on the output. We’ve been part of the Warangal community for a long time and plan to stay put for the foreseeable future.
