If you come down to Auto Nagar, you will find us at H. No -14/11. This is where S K Jabbar Oil Mechanics does all its work. The place is exactly what you would expect from a mechanic shop in this area. There is oil on the ground and parts of engines lying around on the benches. It is usually pretty hot and greasy, but that is just how it is. We spend our days getting our hands dirty fixing up vehicles. Most of the time we are working on heavy engines or sorting out oil leaks. Auto Nagar is a loud place with a lot of hammering and engines revving, and we fit right in. We don't have a waiting room with a TV or anything like that. People usually just stand around and watch us work or go get a tea nearby. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. People know they can bring their machines here and we will take a look. We don't use any fancy computers to tell us what’s wrong; we just use our eyes and ears and the tools we’ve had for years. It’s hard on the back, and we go home tired every day. But it is good work. We keep the shop open until late most nights because there is always something else that needs fixing. It’s just a basic mechanic shop doing honest work.
