About Ruchi Biryani Point – Food & Beverages in Warangal
You can find us at House Number 4-43 in Kothagudam. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here at Ruchi Biryani Point. Most of the day is spent over big pots of rice and meat. The kitchen gets really hot, especially in the afternoons. We started this because we liked cooking and it seemed like a good way to make a living in the neighborhood. People come by for lunch or take something home for dinner. We don’t have much in the way of fancy tables or chairs. It’s mostly about the food and getting it out to customers while it’s still steaming. Sometimes we run out of certain items early if it’s a busy Friday. The neighbors know the shop by now. We try to keep things clean, but it’s a working kitchen so there’s always something being chopped or stirred. It’s noisy and smells like spices all the time. If you’re walking through Kothagudam, you’ll probably smell the onions frying before you see the sign. We just do things the way we learned from our families. No big secrets, just lots of stirring and making sure the fire is just right. It’s a small life, but we like the people who stop by to chat while they wait. Sometimes we have to close early if the supplies don't arrive on time, but that's just part of running a small kitchen for the local crowd.
