You can find our little office at 5-2-814B in Hanamkonda. We are very close to the Lotus Hotel, which is a big help when we have to give directions to people who aren't from around here. Hanamkonda is a busy place, and there’s always something going on near the hotel. Our space is just a small room where we keep our records and a few maps pinned to the wall. Ravi started the business here because it was central and easy for people to reach. We don’t have any big flashy signs or a website that does everything for you. It’s just us sitting here, ready to talk about houses or land if someone walks through the door. The traffic outside can be a bit much sometimes, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the ceiling fan. We spend a lot of time talking to the locals who have lived here for decades. They usually know who is looking to move or who has a plot of land they don’t need anymore. That’s how we get most of our information. It’s a very manual way of doing things, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town. We just want to do a decent job for the people who trust us with their property. Usually, we close up early if the weather is nice or if there’s a festival in town.
