Ravi Faming

At H.No:-3-70 in Dasaripally, you’ll find Ravi Faming. This is Narsampet side, out in Warangal. I don’t know much about writing big stories. I just know how to work the land. The ground here can be stubborn depending on the month. I spend most of my time outside, checking the rows and making sure the water is reaching where it should. It’s a lot of walking. My boots get worn out pretty fast. People in Dasaripally mostly keep to themselves but we all know who lives where. I’ve lived at 3-70 for as long as I can remember. The house is just a place to sleep after a long day in the sun. Farming isn’t like other jobs where you can just turn off a clock. If something breaks at midnight, you have to fix it. I don’t use any special tools, just what my father and his father used before me. The air is clear out here, away from the big city noise. Sometimes the crops do well and sometimes they don’t, but that’s just the risk you take. I don’t try to make it sound like something it isn't. It’s dirty work and it gets very hot in the afternoons. But I like being my own boss on my own land. If you’re ever passing through Narsampet, you might see me out there. It’s a basic life, but it belongs to me.
