By four in the morning we are already moving around and getting things ready. It is quiet at that hour and the air is usually cool. We deal with a lot of local farmers who bring their supply to us. There is a lot of cleaning to do because everything has to stay fresh. The floors are often wet and we wear rubber boots most of the day. Ramanujapura is a small place so news travels fast and everyone knows what we are doing here. We have a few big tanks and some cooling equipment that makes a humming sound all day long.
