Rajireddy Farming

Rajireddy Farming is based at H. No:-1-135 in Maheshwaram. We are just a local farm in the Narsampet area. Most of our days are spent out in the open air dealing with whatever the Warangal weather decides to do. Our house at 1-135 is the center of everything we do. We have been here for a long time and the land is familiar to us. We don't have any big slogans or marketing plans. We just plant our seeds and hope for the best. Some days we are fixing the pump and other days we are out weeding. It’s a lot of physical labor and we don’t have any modern office space. The kitchen table is where we talk about what needs to be done next. Maheshwaram is a good place to live but the work never really stops. We don’t really have weekends off because the land doesn’t care what day it is. You just get used to the rhythm of the seasons. We don’t pretend to be anything we aren’t. We are just farmers living in a house in the village. Sometimes the harvest is plenty and sometimes it’s a struggle. We just take it as it comes. If you see us at 1-135, we will likely be in our work clothes covered in some kind of dirt or dust. That’s just the reality of how we live and work here.
