Padma Travels

You can find Padma Travels over at C-111 in the S C Colony in Mecharajpalle. It’s part of the Nellikuduru area. This isn't a big city office with glass walls. We are right in the middle of the colony, which makes it easy for our neighbors to stop by when they need to plan a trip. We handle bookings and travel arrangements for people going to the city or visiting relatives far away. Most of the time, we are on the phone checking bus schedules or train seats. The office is small with just a few chairs for people to wait. We have a calendar on the wall that we mark up with all the trips. It’s a busy job because people's plans change all the time. We try to be patient. We know how important it is for someone to get to a wedding or a job interview on time. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to tell people to come back in an hour. They don't mind; they usually just go home and come back later. We've lived in Mecharajpalle our whole lives, so we know everyone who walks through the door. It’s not just about selling a ticket; it’s about helping our community get where they need to go. We stay open late if we know someone is coming after work. It’s just how we do things here. The rainy season makes things slower, but we still show up every day.
