Nazeer Builders

Nazeer Builders is located at H.No.9-4-76 in Warangal. It’s a residential area mostly, so our office is right there among the houses and local families. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time now. The building we are in is nothing special to look at, just a regular brick structure with a small sign hanging by the door. We do a lot of local masonry and building work. In Warangal, the sun can be really harsh, so we start our work early in the morning to beat the heat on the construction sites. Our office is usually full of samples like tiles, bricks, or different types of stone for people to look at. It’s not a very organized place. There are notebooks everywhere with measurements and phone numbers of suppliers written on the covers. We talk to the local guys who do the digging and the cement mixing. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or anything like that. If a client comes in, they talk directly to whoever is sitting at the desk at that moment. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with people coming in and out, but we manage to get things sorted. We aren't doing massive skyscrapers; we focus on the houses and small shops that people around here need. It’s about getting the levels right and making sure the cement sets properly. We just do our work and try to keep everyone happy with the progress.
