Our spot is Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd, and we are located at D.No.17-3-19/1 in Pedagantyada. This is right in the heart of Visakhapatnam. If you know the area, it’s a pretty active place. We share the space near Sankara Rao’s family property. The office isn't anything too special to look at, just a place where we manage our construction jobs. We spend a lot of time on our phones or looking at blueprints. The humidity in Vizag can be a bit much sometimes, but we’re used to it by now. We started out small and just kept going. There’s no big marketing team here, just us doing the daily tasks. Our day usually begins with a lot of tea and checking the schedule for the local sites. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. It’s just about building and making sure the supplies show up on time. Sometimes the traffic in Pedagantyada makes deliveries slow, but we manage. Being near the coast means we have to watch out for the salt air affecting the equipment. We keep the yard tidy, or at least as tidy as a construction place can be. If you’re looking for us, we’re tucked away in the neighborhood. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and we like it that way. Just a local team doing local work. We don't need fancy signs to show we're busy every day.
