M/S.Althuri Transport

Althuri Transport is run out of our place at House Number 5-55 in Lic Colony. Vidyaranyapuri is where we've stayed for years. The business started because we had a couple of vehicles and people kept asking for help moving things. It isn't a massive fleet with tracking screens and uniforms. We just have the trucks and we drive them. Usually, it's just local trips. Sometimes we go a bit further if the job is right. Living in Lic Colony makes it easy for folks to drop by and talk about what they need moved. I usually handle the calls myself. The phone rings at odd hours sometimes but that is just how transport goes. We keep the vehicles parked nearby. Maintenance is a big part of the day. There is always a tire to check or some oil to change. We don't have a fancy office downtown. My desk is in a corner of the house. It works fine for us. We know the roads around here pretty well by now. Traffic can be a headache in the afternoons, but we manage. People know us as the Althuri family business. We don't do big TV ads or anything. Most people just have my number saved in their phones. It is a steady way to make a living. We just keep moving things from one place to another and try to stay on schedule. It’s hard work but it pays the bills and keeps us in the community.
