M/S. Kaila Enterprises

Kaila Enterprises is tucked away at House Number 6-165 in Ramachandruni Thanda. This is near Peddavangara in the Kodakandla area. We are a small local operation. It’s mostly just family working here. We didn't start this to become some huge company. We just saw a need in the Thanda and decided to fill it. The work we do keeps us on our toes. There isn't a lot of structure like you’d see in a big city firm. We just wake up, see what needs to be finished, and get to it. Some days are busier than others. We don't have an HR department or a marketing team. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the house. The neighbors know us well. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. The building is just a normal house where we've set aside some space for the business. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we have to plan our work around that. It's not always perfect, but we make it work. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound like we're in a high-rise office. We are just local people doing our best with what we have. People around Peddavangara seem to appreciate that we are right here when they need us. It’s an honest way to spend the day and it keeps us occupied. That's enough for us to keep going.
