M/S Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. has an office at House Number 328 in Anjaneya Nagar. This is in the Moosapet area of Hyderabad. It’s a normal house in a residential street that we have turned into our workspace. There isn't any big sign out front, just the house number on the gate. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and cupboards full of project documents. It is a busy place because we have people coming and going all day. Site supervisors bring in reports, and we have local vendors dropping off samples. It’s not a polished corporate office. The furniture is a bit old and the walls have some marks on them from moving equipment around. We don't have a fancy meeting room. We usually just sit around the kitchen table or in the main hall to discuss the construction schedules. Moosapet is a decent location for us because it’s close to the main roads. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the actual construction sites across the city. It’s a very down-to-earth place. We don't care much for formalities. We just want to make sure the cement is arriving on time and the workers have what they need. It’s a real, working office where we handle the daily grind.
