Mooda Taramma

Being out here in Darmagadda Thanada is different from the city life you see in the main parts of Warangal. Mooda Taramma is located at 2-11, and if you’ve ever been to Modoorkalan village, you know it’s a quiet place where everyone knows their neighbors. We’ve been part of this community in Devaruppula for as long as I can remember. The shop or whatever you want to call it is just a simple building where we spend most of our daylight hours. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few hours in the afternoon, so we just sit outside in the shade and wait for it to come back on. It’s not a fast-paced environment at all. We handle things as they come. Our address is easy to find once you get into the Thanda, but for outsiders, the roads can be a bit confusing with all the turns. We have some chickens running around the yard and a dog that sleeps near the front door. Life moves slowly here, and we like it that way. We don't have a website or any of those modern things people use now. Most people just walk over when they need something or want to chat. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time between the farm work and the daily chores. It’s just home for us and a place where we try to be useful to the folks living around here.
