Minar Bakery is sitting right at H. No 15-3-57 in the Kmc Rangampet area. It is an old building and you can smell the bread from the corner of the street. We have been baking here for a long time now. The ovens are big and they make the whole place warm, which is nice in winter but tough in summer. We make biscuits, buns, and local breads every morning. The staff starts very early, before the sun is even up. We have glass counters that are a bit scratched from years of use. There is no place to sit inside, people just buy their stuff and go. We use brown paper bags for everything. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty with flour. We don't have a fancy menu card. Whatever we baked that day is what is available on the shelves. The neighborhood kids come by for sweets after school. We know most of our customers by name. We don't use any fancy machines, it is mostly done by hand. It is a simple bakery for the local people. We close up once the stock is finished. It is just a regular shop where we work hard and hope people like the taste of the bread. The old door has a bell that rings every time someone walks in for a loaf of bread.
