Maruthi Tent House

We have been doing this for quite a while now here in Gundrathimadugu. Maruthi Tent House is basically just us helping out when someone has a function or a wedding in the village or around Pedda Thanda. It gets really busy during the marriage season, but that is just how it goes for us. We have the usual stuff like the big tents, those heavy iron poles, and the plastic chairs that people need for their guests to sit on. Sometimes it is a small birthday and other times it is a big event where half the town shows up. We keep everything stored at our place in Kuravi, right at house number 4-131. It isn't anything fancy or polished. We just load the truck and get things set up where they need to be before the guests arrive. Most people around here know us because we've been in Warangal for so long. If someone needs a shaded area for a lunch or a stage set up for a speaker, they just come by and talk to us. It is hard physical work, especially when the sun is beating down, but it keeps us busy. We try to keep the fabrics as clean as we can, though the dust around here makes that a constant chore. That is pretty much what we do day in and day out. It is just a local business making sure folks have a place to sit and some shade when they get together.
