Mallamma Chicken Center

Mallamma Chicken Center is located at house number 11-11 in Annaram, which is part of Kesamudram. We have been here for a good while now. It’s a local spot that most people in the village know. We get started very early in the morning before the sun is even up. There is a lot of cleaning and prep work to do every single day. The shop itself is simple. We have the counters and the cutting area. It’s not a big fancy store, just a practical place for people to get their chicken. Sometimes it gets really crowded on Sundays when everyone is planning a big family meal. We have to work fast then. The building is part of our home area, so it’s a very family-run feel. You might see the kids running around or someone sitting on the porch nearby. We’ve got some regular customers who have been coming to Mallamma Chicken Center for years. They usually stay for a chat while we finish their order. Kesamudram is a quiet place mostly, but our corner stays busy. We don't have any big signs or neon lights. People just know where we are by the smell of the shop and the sound of the work. It’s a messy job sometimes, but it’s our living. We try to keep things honest and straightforward.
