Mahender Farms

Mahender Farms is situated at H. No:-3-09-3 in Dasaripally. We are in the Narsampet area of Warangal. I’ve lived in this village my whole life and the farm is where I spend all my time. It’s a family-run place. My brothers help out when they can, especially during the harvest time when there is too much for one person. We have some old equipment that still works if you know how to kick it right. The land here is decent if you put the work in. We grow a couple of different things depending on what the market looks like, but mostly we stick to what we know grows well in this dirt. If you’re looking for the place, it’s number 3-09-3. It’s not a flashy farm. We don't have big signs or anything. Just a gate and the fields. Sometimes the dogs bark a lot when people come near but they are mostly just loud. We deal with the heat and the dry spells as best as we can. It’s not always easy and some months are harder than others. But we like being outdoors and working for ourselves. It’s better than sitting in a room all day. We just try to keep the farm going so it stays in the family for the next generation to handle.
