Lunavath Bichani

Lunavath Bichani is the name on the door here at H. No. 1-110. We are located in Cheruvu Mundu Thanda, which is part of Rollakal in the Parvathagiri area. It is a small place, and most of the people living around here are related or have known each other for decades. My daily routine involves getting up before the sun to get started on whatever needs doing. We don't have a big staff, so everyone in the family chips in where they can. The address H. No. 1-110 is where we do all our planning and where we keep our supplies. Parvathagiri is a nice place to live, even if it gets very hot in the summer months. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the village over the years, but our little operation stays pretty much the same. We just try to be useful to the folks nearby. If someone has a problem, they usually find us near the cheruvu or right at the house. It’s not a complicated business. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay busy. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tool breaking or the power going out, but we just deal with it. Living in the thanda means you learn to be handy and fix things yourself. That’s just how we were raised.
