In Warangal, life has a certain rhythm to it that I’ve grown to love. Being at Lakkireddy Venkata Ramana Reddy in the 506002 area is my daily reality. The office is located in a part of town that has been around for ages. You can see the old stones and the narrow alleys nearby. My day usually involves a lot of sitting and talking to people who come by with various needs. It’s not a corporate environment at all. There’s no dress code, and we often have the radio playing some old songs in the background. Warangal gets very dry, so there’s always a layer of dust on the windowsills no matter how often we clean them. I’ve lived here all my life, so I know most of the people who walk past the door. We don't have any big goals to expand or become a huge company. We just want to do our bit every day and go home to our families. The furniture is a bit mismatched, mostly stuff we’ve picked up over the years. It’s a practical space for practical work. Sometimes the phone rings and it’s just someone looking for directions, and that’s fine too. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just have work that needs doing and we do it. It’s a quiet existence here in 506002, and that suits me just fine.
