Kiran Transport

Kiran Transport. We’re over in Maisampalli, right at 2-39. Most days it’s just us handling the vehicles and making sure things get where they need to go in Dugondi. It’s a quiet enough spot but the trucks keep us moving. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything. We’ve been here a while now. My brother and I usually start early before the sun gets too high because it gets really hot out here. People stop by to ask about routes or just to say hello while we’re checking the tires. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. Just some desks and the sound of engines. We try to keep things organized but sometimes paperwork piles up when we're busy out back. The neighbors know us as the place with the big gate. We've seen the area change a bit over the years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps. It's just honest work. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the next load to arrive. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a mess but we deal with it. It’s what we do every day. If you’re looking for the shop, look for the big 2-39 sign near the main turn. We’re usually there until late evening most days of the week. We keep the kettle going for anyone who stops in to chat about the local news.
