Keshapaka Sambaiah Transport

Running a transport business like Keshapaka Sambaiah Transport means we are rarely sitting still for long. Our main office is over at 2-286/1 in Muthojipet, Narsampet, but we are usually out on the road or checking on the vehicles. It is a lot of logistics and timing, which can be stressful when the traffic is bad or a truck breaks down in the middle of nowhere. We started out small, and we still feel like a small operation even though we stay quite busy these days. The phone rings at all hours, and someone has to be ready to answer it. We don't have a fancy dispatch center with big screens. It is mostly just notebooks and a lot of phone calls to keep everything moving. The yard where we keep the trucks can get pretty muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning things up. We don't spend money on advertising because the trucks themselves have our name on them, and that seems to be enough. Most of the drivers have been with us for a long time, and we trust them to get the job done without too much hovering. It is a tough way to earn a living, with long nights and dusty roads, but it is what we know. We just focus on getting the load from one place to another without any major problems.
