Karunya High School

Down on Hunter Road in Hanamkonda, you’ll find Karunya High School. This part of Warangal is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. The 506001 pincode covers a lot of ground, and we get students from various neighborhoods around here. The school sits near the main road, so the sound of buses and cars is just part of our daily background music. It’s a high school, so the kids are a bit older and the building is usually full of energy. We have several floors of classrooms and a small area out front where people park their scooters. The staff room is usually a mess of textbooks and tea cups, which is how we like it. It’s a place that feels lived-in. We don’t have a massive campus with fancy gardens, but we make the most of the space on Hunter Road. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and the whiteboards have ghost marks from previous lessons that won't quite wash off. It’s a practical place for learning. The students are mostly focused on their upcoming exams, and you can see them huddled together in the hallways studying. We are just a bunch of teachers and staff trying to keep things running smoothly for the families in Hanamkonda. It’s a standard school day, every day, with all the usual ups and downs that come with a busy high school in a crowded city.
