Karunasri Travels

I’ve been running this place on Nagendranagar Street for a while now. Most days I’m just here at the desk in Shambunipet taking calls and figuring out schedules for the drivers. It’s a busy job because people always need to get somewhere, whether it’s for a wedding or just a trip out of town. We have a few cars and we try to keep them clean, though with the dust around here it’s a constant battle. Sometimes the traffic is bad and things get delayed, but that’s just how it goes in this area. I started Karunasri Travels because I knew the roads well and I liked talking to people. It isn't a big office or anything fancy, just a room with a couple of chairs and a phone that rings a lot. My brother helps out sometimes when things get really packed during the holidays. We know most of the shortcuts around Shambunipet and the nearby spots. It’s hard work keeping everything moving, especially when a car needs repairs right when someone wants to book it. I spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everyone is where they should be. We just do our thing every day and try to stay organized. If you walk down the street near 19-9-374/A you’ll see our small sign. It’s a local business through and through, nothing more. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years but we’re still right here doing the same thing.
