Our office is right here in Warangal, sitting in the middle of things in Andhra Pradesh. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, dealing with all the paperwork that comes with insurance. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The office itself is quite plain. We have some blue chairs for visitors and a few desks that have seen better days. Usually, it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan and someone typing on a keyboard. People come in with questions about their plans or just to hand over some documents they forgot to bring earlier. We spend a lot of time on the phone, explaining things over and over. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we just have to wait it out. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our snacks during the afternoon break. It’s a good routine. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. It’s not like those big corporate places in the metro cities. We keep things pretty casual here. If you come by, you might see us sorting through a big pile of folders on the main table. That’s just how it goes every day. We don't bother with fancy decorations. We just make sure the files are in order and everyone gets an answer eventually. It works for us and the folks in this part of the state.
