Our office is located in Madhuvani Apartments, right at unit 102 in the Subedari area of Hanamkonda. It’s a quiet spot, mostly residential, which makes it easy for folks to drop by without dealing with heavy traffic. We’ve been operating out of this apartment for a good while. It's basically a few rooms filled with project files, site maps, and old ledgers. Construction is a messy business, but we try to keep the administrative side of things tidy here. We handle different projects around the district. My cousin and I usually split the work—one stays in the office to answer the phone and the other is out at the sites checking on the masons. Hanamkonda has changed a lot, and we’ve been part of some of those changes, mostly small buildings and renovations. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. If you ring the bell, one of us will just open the door. We usually have tea going, and there's always a stack of cement bags or tiles somewhere in the corner waiting to be moved. It’s a practical setup for us. We aren't interested in looking fancy. We just focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the supplies show up on time. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on labor. We like being in this part of town because it’s central and everyone knows where the apartments are located.
