Feroj Farms

I have been living here at house number 1-231 in Laknepally for quite a long time now. Feroj Farms is basically just what I do every day when the sun comes up. Most mornings start around five because the animals don’t wait for anyone to sleep in. It gets pretty hot here in the Narsampet area, especially during the summer months when the ground gets all cracked and dry. We have to be careful with the water then. My family helps out a lot with the daily chores because there is always something that needs fixing or cleaning. Sometimes the tractor acts up and I spend half the morning just getting it to turn over. The road to the farm isn’t the best, so we deal with a lot of dust when the trucks go by. I grew up in Warangal and decided to stay put right here. It is a quiet life for the most part, even if the work is hard on my back. We grow what we can depending on how much rain we get. Last year was okay, but you never really know with the weather. If you come by Laknepally, you will see our place easily enough. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular farm where we try to keep things moving. I spend a lot of time checking the fences and making sure everything is where it should be before it gets dark.
