Dommanti Anitha

I am Dommanti Anitha and I’ve been running my business here in Taharpur for a good while now. We are located in the Mandaripet area of Shayampet, which is a nice place to live and work. My shop is at 2-107 and it’s where I spend most of my waking hours. It’s not a huge place, but it has everything I need to get the job done. I usually start the day by sweeping the front and getting things ready for whoever might stop by. In a small place like Mandaripet, you get to know the regulars pretty well, and we often spend time just catching up on local news while we work. I don’t believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. I just offer what I have and try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. Some days are slow, especially when it’s raining, but there’s always something to organize or clean. I handle all the daily tasks myself, from talking to suppliers to making sure the accounts are right at the end of the month. It can be tiring being the one in charge of everything, but I wouldn't have it any other way. It is a modest life, but it’s mine and I’ve worked hard to keep it going. People around here know they can just drop in and I’ll be there behind the counter ready to help out with whatever is needed.
