My workshop is located at H. No -1-111/1 in Komatiagudem. It’s a busy little spot in Kothagudem where there is always some car or bike that needs attention. I’ve got grease under my fingernails pretty much all the time. The shop is filled with old parts, tools, and the smell of engine oil. It’s not the neatest place, but I know where every wrench is kept. People bring their vehicles in with all sorts of problems, some easy to fix and others that take me all day to figure out. I spend a lot of time bent over an engine block or sitting on a low stool working on a wheel. The heat in the afternoon can be really something under the tin roof, but you just drink some water and keep going. I’ve been fixing things around here for years, so I’ve seen just about every kind of breakdown you can imagine. It’s satisfying when an engine finally turns over after you’ve been struggling with it for hours. I don't really do any fancy marketing; people just know me by word of mouth. If a neighbor’s car won’t start, they know where to find me. It’s honest work, and it keeps me busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes I have to wait for parts to come in from the bigger towns, which can be frustrating for the customers, but we make do with what we have on hand.
