Chaithra Eye Clinic

Chaithra Eye Clinic is located on Vijaya Theater Road, right beside the RTC II Depot in the Kakaji Nagar Colony of Hanamkonda. Being next to the bus depot means there is always a lot of movement and noise nearby, but it makes it very easy for people to find us. If you can find the Vijaya Theater, you are basically here. We spend our days testing people's vision and helping them pick out frames or dealing with eye infections. The light in the clinic is kept a bit dim in some areas because that’s better for the eye exams. We have all those charts with the letters that get smaller as you go down. Hanamkonda is a busy place, and we get a lot of students and office workers who spend too much time looking at screens and end up needing glasses. We also see older folks coming in for checkups because their sight is getting blurry. It’s a simple setup we have here. We aren't trying to be a fancy boutique; we just want to make sure you can see clearly when you walk back out onto Vijaya Theater Road. The staff is used to the local pace, and we try to get through the appointments without making people wait too long, though some days the depot traffic makes everyone a little late. It’s just our little eye clinic in the colony, and we keep busy with the daily walk-ins and scheduled eye tests.
