Battula Malathi

My name is Battula Malathi and I run things from my home at House Number 1-101 in Munipally village. This is part of the Hasanparthy Mandal, under the Chithagattu post office area. It is a small village, so everyone knows where house 1-101 is. I've lived here a long time and started this work because there was a need for it in our local community. Life moves a bit slower out here in Munipally compared to the big cities. We handle our daily tasks right from the house. It can get dusty in the summer months. The roads lead right into the village, and you just have to ask anyone for the Battula residence. I don't have a big staff or a fancy office suite. It’s just me and sometimes a few family members helping out when things get busy. We don't do much advertising. People usually hear about us through word of mouth from their neighbors. It feels more personal that way. We try to be available most days, though sometimes we have to head into town for supplies. If you come by and the gate is closed, I'm probably just out back. The address is simple enough to find if you follow the main village path. We’ve been part of this village for generations. It’s just a normal way of living and working for us. Not many bells and whistles here, just honest work that needs doing.
