Atal'S Chaitanya Innovation & Incubation Foundation

Atal'S Chaitanya Innovation & Incubation Foundation is based at 5-10-6 in Kishanpurahanamkonda. That is quite a long name, so we usually just call it the foundation when we are talking among ourselves. Hanamkonda is a busy place, and Kishanpura has its own energy. Our office is a mix of old and new. We have some modern computers for the incubation work, but the building itself has been around for a long time. We spend our days helping people come up with new ideas and trying to get them started. It is a lot of brainstorming and drinking too much tea. The walls are covered with notes and scraps of paper. It isn't a polished corporate environment. It feels more like a workshop or a school lab. We have some young people coming in and out all day with big ideas. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with everyone talking at once. We do not have a dress code, so you will see us in casual clothes most of the time. The sun hits the front window pretty hard in the afternoon, so we have to keep the curtains closed. We just want to provide a place where people can try things out without a lot of pressure. It is a bit messy, but it is how we like to work here. Most of our success comes from just letting people talk and figure things out.
