Aditya School And Hotel Management College is over in Subedari. It's near the Hanamkonda area of Warangal. We spend a lot of time teaching the students how things actually work in a hotel. It’s not just books. They spend time in the kitchen and learning how to handle guests properly. Our building is at 2-5-746. It is a practical place. We don’t have those shiny marble floors you see in the five-star places yet, but we show the kids how to clean them. Most of our students come from around Warangal and they want to find good jobs. We talk to them about how to dress and how to speak. Sometimes the students are nervous when they first start. We try to help them get over that. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day. We make sure they understand that before they finish. There are no fancy speeches here. We just get on with the training. The area here in Subedari is usually busy with students from other colleges too. We have our own small setup and we like it. It’s a local place for local people who want to learn a skill. You can find us easily enough if you are in the neighborhood. We are just a group of people trying to teach what we know about the hospitality trade. It is simple work but very important for these young people starting their lives.
