Adarsha Nethralayam

You can find Adarsha Nethralayam over in the Sherpura area. We are tucked in near Mandi Bazar Road and Jayaprakash Narayan Road, right in the middle of Venu Rao Colony. It can be a bit of a maze back here if you are not from this part of town. The streets are usually full of people walking and vendors selling their goods. Our place is kept simple. We deal with eyes and vision, so we try to keep the lighting decent inside the rooms. It is not a large or imposing building, just a local spot where we handle our daily business. We have seen this neighborhood change quite a bit over the last few years as new shops open up. Some days the dust from the road outside gets in, and we have to spend extra time doing a lot of cleaning. The chairs in the waiting area have been there for quite a while, but they are comfortable enough for a short stay. We do not have a big corporate team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure things run like they should. Usually, the morning starts with cleaning the equipment and getting the patient records ready for the day. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the ceiling fans going at full speed. People in Sherpura know where we are located. We do not do much advertising at all; the small sign outside is usually enough. It is a quiet life inside compared to the noise of Mandi Bazar. We just focus on the work right in front of us.
