Om Sai Milk Products

Out here in Muripirala, life moves a bit differently than the city. We are situated at Survey Number 438, right on the main road that goes through the village. Being in the Rayaparthy area means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and farms. Our daily routine at Om Sai Milk Products starts way before the sun is actually up. You can hear the cans clanking and the trucks pulling in early. It’s a lot of physical work, moving crates and checking the temperature of everything. The road outside gets busy with tractors and people heading to their fields. We spend most of our time making sure the milk is handled right and nothing gets wasted. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we do our business. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to mess with the generator, which is always a bit of a headache. Most of the staff comes from nearby houses, so we all know each other pretty well. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that. We just talk while we work. It’s dusty on the main road during the dry season, but we keep the inside as clean as possible for the products. It’s hard work, and your hands are always busy, but that’s just how it is running a milk place in a village like this.
