Lakshmi Vegetable Market is where we spend our early mornings, usually starting well before the sun comes up. We are located at H. No -3-67/1 in Ayodhyapur, which is part of Gudur. It’s a busy little spot once the crates of vegetables start arriving from the farms. We spend a lot of time sorting through greens, tomatoes, and whatever else is in season. The floor is usually a bit wet from washing the produce, and there are always empty sacks lying around. We know most of our customers by name since they have been coming to this address for years. It’s noisy and crowded during the peak hours, but that’s the way a vegetable market should be. We don't have fancy displays, just wooden crates and some scales. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains and the ground gets muddy, but we stay open anyway.
