We spend most of our time dealing with the deliveries that come in early when the air is still a bit cool. There is always a lot of cleaning to do, keeping the counters wiped down and the knives sharpened for the day ahead. People from around the village stop by mostly in the evenings or on Sundays when they are cooking something special for their families. It gets busy then, and there is usually a bit of a wait.
