Prashanthi Diagnostics

Prashanthi Diagnostics is our small medical lab located at H. No -3-10 in Shayampet. We are out here in the Geesugonda area of Warangal. We opened this place because we realized people in our village were traveling way too far just to get simple blood tests done. It isn't a grand hospital or a high-tech center you’d find in a big city. It’s just a clean, quiet space where you can get your samples taken without a fuss. We have the basic equipment needed and we try to get the reports ready as fast as we can. Sometimes the wait is a bit long on Monday mornings when everyone comes in at once, but we do our best. There are a few plastic chairs in the waiting area and a ceiling fan that works most of the time. We know a lot of our patients by their first names because we’ve lived in Warangal our whole lives. Word travels fast in Shayampet, so we make sure to do things right the first time. We don't have a big team of secretaries or a marketing department. It’s just us doing the lab work and handing out the results. We try to explain things simply if anyone is confused by the numbers on their paper. It’s a quiet business but it feels good to help out the people in Geesugonda. We stay open late if someone is coming from far away. We keep the place tidy and make sure everyone feels welcome.
