We started Pooja & Rc Infra Private Limited right here in Wanaparthy. Our home base is H.No.44-170/1 in the Megha Nagar area of Ram Nagar. It is a local operation, and we like it that way. Most of the people working here grew up around this part of Telangana. We focus on infra projects, which means we are often out on the road or at construction sites. The office itself is pretty modest. It is basically just a couple of rooms with some tables and chairs where we handle the billing and the scheduling. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually hear about us through word of mouth in the local neighborhood. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long a job will take. Wanaparthy is a smaller place compared to the big cities, so everyone kind of knows everyone else. We keep our overhead low so we can just focus on the actual work. There is always a bit of dust from the road and the sound of local traffic, but it is home. We are not looking to expand into some massive firm. We just want to keep the projects coming and make sure the guys on the ground have what they need to finish the job. It is a straightforward way of doing business. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. That is all.
