We have been at Plot 26 and 27 in the Sipcot Industrial Complex for quite a long time now. Most days it is pretty loud around here with all the heavy machinery running and trucks coming in and out of the complex at all hours. The work we do involves thermal ceramics, which is mostly about dealing with high heat and making sure industrial components do not melt or break under extreme pressure. It is a lot of hands-on stuff. The crew stays busy shifting heavy materials and checking the kilns throughout the shift. Some mornings start really early when the air is still a bit cool before the whole industrial park gets humming with activity. We do not have fancy offices or anything like that. It is mostly just the workshop floor and the storage area where everything is stacked up. People around here know us as the place that handles the tough ceramic stuff. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, but that is just part of the job when you are working with these kinds of raw materials every day. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the dimensions are right for the customers. It is not always glamorous, and there is always something that needs fixing or adjusting on the production line. We have seen the Sipcot area change a lot over the years with more buildings going up, but we just keep doing our thing at our two plots. It is steady work and we have a small team that knows exactly what to do.
